I had a nice stay at Casa Morada, with its beautiful landscaping and serene atmosphere really standing out. However, while the location was stunning and the staff friendly, I just felt the customer service could use a little boost to really elevate the experience. Overall, I'm looking forward to returning for more relaxation time in the future.
